Please choose one of the options below for sending THIS GOOGLE DOC FORM to Brenda.

1. Click on "THIS GOOGLE DOC FORM" above and click on the little printer icon in the upper left corner to print it out. Fill it out manually then take a picture of it and email it to Brenda--bellavocefinance@gmail.com with the title, *your name* member info (example--jeana w's member info). (And say something nice to her in the message.)

2. Click on "THIS GOOGLE DOC FORM" above. In the upper left corner, click File>>Download>>and choose what file type you are most comfortable using to edit. Save it where you want on your computer. Bring it up and fill it out. When you save it, name it *your name* member info (example-- jeana w's member info). Email it to Brenda--bellavocefinance@gmail.com (and say something nice to her in the title).

3, Click on "THIS GOOGLE DOC FORM" above. Click File>>Make a Copy, and name it *your name* member info (example--jeana w's member info). Confirm Make a Copy by clicking on the blue Make a copy confirmation button in the lower right corner of the window. The document copy renamed will come up as a new tab for you to edit. Fill it out. Click Share in the upper right corner.

         a. In the gray box that says, "add people and groups," type in Brenda's email--bellavocefinance@gmail.com. Say something nice to her in the message section. Then click Done.

         b. At the bottom left corner of the window that comes up, click Copy link. Email the link to Brenda using bellavocefinance@gmail.com (and say something nice to her in the title).
